Inktober 2026 Day 5 Smacked

Smacked

This one stumped me....and time wasn't on my side. Thought about doing something more elaborate based on some chapters in Ezekiel...but it wasn't as personal or with the theme I set out with.

Smacked can be difficult because we usually associate physical violence to well.. not love. But there's that verse that says

Wounds from a sincere friend are better than many kisses from an enemy.

Proverbs 27:6 which I feel can disprove that.

Anyway. Still not my best but! It's something!
